1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Check/Money Order sent through the mail. (Check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank; Postal Money Orders must be in U.S. funds). Please note that checks must clear before your order is shipped.

We accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery on items that are not personalized or custom made-to-order. Items that are custom are noted as such in the product descriptions. 4. Why is my item on backorder?
In the unlikely event that an item is not available to ship when your order is placed, we will backorder the item and ship it at a later date. We will always notify you if an item has been backordered. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until your order is processed. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail or postcard if this date changes.

8. How do I know if ordering online is secure?
At UrbanMensch.com, protecting your information is a priority.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only UrbanMensch.com is able to decode your information.

With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. 9. Will I be charged sales tax?
It depends where your order is being shipped to. We are required by law to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to Washington State and will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to any Washington State order. To learn more click here.
10. Does UrbanMensch.com participate in pop-up advertising?
No, UrbanMensch.com does not participate in pop-up advertising. If you are seeing pop-up ads on your computer screen, it is probably due to an Ad Ware program installed on your hard drive. Many of these programs are designed to install themselves with little to no warning while you browse shopping, coupon and music websites.
