Return Policy
The Urban Mensch strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Custom made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We accept returns within two weeks of delivery provided:
- The merchandise is in new, unused condition with all original labels attached.
- The item was not personalized or custom made-to-order. Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions.
Returns must be accompanied by receipt or packing slip and refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Please note shipping costs are not refundable, and that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the returned item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, then no credit will be issued. Please be sure to re-package it appropriately and use shipping carrier insurance.
If you are returning a gift, please include the purchaser’s name and address and indicate how you’d like us to handle your return – exchange, refund, or store credit.
All returns require you contact the Urban Mensch in advance at customerservice@urbanmensch.com or 1.877.747.7730 for a return authorization number. Please write the authorization number on the outside of the package and mail it to:

We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Once the returned item is received and is verified to be in new, unused condition, applicable refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Credit card customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their statements.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us by e-mailing customerservice@urbanmensch.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours has passed, we will do everything we can to stop your order, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop it from shipping. If we are unable to intervene in the fulfillment process, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges both outbound shipping (including special shipping) and return. Orders that are placed on weekends or weeknights must be cancelled by the end of the next business day.
