Shipping Methods
Items are typically shipped via ground service with small package carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders will often be sent directly from the artist using the artist's method of choice. Items shipped via UPS or FedEx should arrive within 5 to 7 days of the lead time noted on the item’s product page on the website. For orders over $500 USD a signature is required upon delivery.

*Expedited orders to Alaska and Hawaii require an extra business day to arrive.
**Rural domestic addresses require at least an additional business day to arrive.
***Expedited shipping is not available on all items. Items that are custom made-to-order and items that are shipped from Israel require additional shipping time as noted in the product description.
Shipping charges are in US dollars. The Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed. Shipping rates are based on value, package weight and shipping method choice.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands).
If an Item Arrives Damaged
If your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at 1.877.747.7730 or email customerservice@urbanmensch.com so we may assist you in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
Please contact us for international shipping rates.
Any fee, which is collected on behalf of the respective country of the customer by the courier (i.e., UPS), covering import fees, GST taxes, and other import-related charges that are charged to the courier’s is the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and charges.
Please note that we cannot bill and ship to different addresses outside of the United States.
Customer Error
The customer agrees to be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete address information.
